OK..I REALLY wanted to be obsessed with these jeans but there are several issues. I do want to say that I own them in the darker wash as well and had the same problems. First and most importantly, I bought them to pair with the Cassidy boots (I own the boots in 3 of the colors and they are PERFECTION), however, the opening the jeans do not fit over the boot shaft! Not sure why every picture with the jeans and boots paired they look like there is plenty of room. Again, I own the Joey in both colors and I have the same issues with both of them. They also fit a bit oddly overall. I'm 5'3" and about 95 pounds (very petite with zero curves), the 24's' fit but weirdly. The cotton isn't the best either IMO. I usually wear Levi's that are a thick durable 100% cotton.These are 100% as well, but definitely not a thick rigid material. I do want to also mention that due to the tariffs now, I had to pay an extra $200 in import fees (I live in the USA) on top of the charged shipping. I was a bit sick to my stomach when I found that out. :(

I ordered the Jules in the darker color. LOVE the color and the material. Very well made which is to be expected from this company. The sizing is a bit off IMO. I usually take a 24 in all my jeans (sometimes a 23 in Levi's). I am 5'3" and weigh 98lbs. I'm built like a 12 year old boy- ZERO curves. I ordered the 25's and the waist was big and the thigh area was snug. However, being 100% denim, they will give after wearing so I'm not overly concerned about that. As far as the larger waist, I always wear a belt so that will solve that issue. I decided to keep them despite the off fit due to the beautiful quality and they fit perfectly over the Cassidy boots (absolutely stunning, BTW). I'm going to wear these a few times and see how they break in, If they work, I'm going back for the lighter blue color. In a nutshell....definitely go at LEAST one size up.
