Shipping and Returns

DELIVERIES

Mister k. delivers to you in France via Colissimo, Mondial Relay and by tracked letter, and internationally via Colissimo. All your orders placed before noon are shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday - orders placed at the weekend are shipped on Monday). The delivery time is then 2 to 3 working days by Colissimo, 3 to 5 working days by Mondial Relay in France, and up to 8 working days for international orders.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may apply. These taxes and customs duties are at your expense and must be paid upon delivery. The total of your order does not include these taxes and customs duties.

RETURNS
All returns are free of charge from France within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.

To return your order or part of your order please follow these steps:

  1. Make your return request to bonjour@misterk.fr
  2. You will receive by email a return voucher
  3. Prepare your parcel: put the clean, unworn, unwashed product(s) with the label and original packaging in your parcel.
  4. Affix the return slip to your parcel and drop it off at a COLISSIMO point within 15 days of your purchase.
  5. Keep the proof of deposit of the package: In case of dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will serve as proof and the refund of the returned product(s) can be made as follows

For returns from abroad, the return costs are at your expense. Send us back the products by tracked parcel to the following address: BDL Bourgogne Direct Logistics, Rue de la Croix Belin, 21140 Semur-en-Auxois.

Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an email to notify you and we will proceed to the refund of the product(s) returned within 15 working days from receipt of the package. The method of refund is the one used during the payment of your order. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will re-credit you on your credit card. It is not possible to change the method of payment for the refund.

Please note: you are still responsible for the "outward" shipping costs. Only the value of the products (discounts deducted) can be refunded.

EXCHANGES
All exchanges are free from France within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.

PRE-ORDERS: EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The return or exchange period applicable to pre-orders is identical to that for conventional orders. Indeed, the you have a withdrawal period of 15 days from receipt of the pre-order to implement it.
