Manucurist is a green beauty brand, online and for professionals. We are creators of clean products for all women.

With us, you will find cosmetics that are good for your morale and your health, made with love in France and with the most natural ingredients possible.

The major milestones for our brand were to export outside of France, to go digital and to launch a very innovative product in the field of semi-permanent varnish with the Green Flash range.

When the confinement was announced we were initially seized with fear, how can we continue and organize ourselves? Then, we rolled up our sleeves and put our energy into consolidating the digital channel (e-commerce and our communication with our community). Online orders are our lighthouse, our buoy and they give us wings to continue.

Concerning the future, and the after in general, “whoever lives will see”! Frankly, it is difficult to anticipate a global crisis which risks impacting our consumption patterns. I hope that we will consume cleaner, more eco-responsible products but I am also afraid that everything will go back to the way it was before without awareness.

A crisis can also have a good side like questioning oneself.

My mantra would be "Today is our future" let's stop putting off changes in our modes of purchasing, transport... Let's act today so that tomorrow's world is livable for our children.

If I had to give advice to other entrepreneurs in these circumstances, it would be to ask yourself daily the question of what is important, to not drown in the details. Not to lose focus.

Through this crisis, there is for me the opportunity to validate a path towards ever cleaner, organic and sourced products. To tell myself that the beauty that I offer women is good for their health and that this is the direction in which women will want to go.

I try to reinvent myself by constantly looking at what others are doing in many areas. Curiosity is perhaps for me the main driving force for reinventing oneself.

My first instinct when leaving confinement will be to have a café crème with a newspaper at a café terrace.
