AUDREY’S CONFINEMENT IDEAS

---

1.To Do - create your schedule

In this particular period, far from our usual habits (which tends to stress me out!), it is essential to organize your daily life and above all to punctuate it with regular and planned activities (programming and organization being my two big passions, it's timely!) To do this, don't hesitate to make a schedule/to do list per day, with schedules and activities (professional if possible and personal). The objective is to quickly find your balance in order to go through this stage as calmly as possible. The hardest part (as our Italian neighbors have pointed out) is getting our bearings in this new way of working and organizing our lives differently for a while. After these first days of acclimatization, we will gradually digest this new (and temporary) way of living. This arrangement will seem less burdensome to us, we promise! Until the sunny days return and we finally all find ourselves together. I advise you to read this article from Le Monde , which explains this step to prepare very well!

2. Take care of yourself

Self-care a day: Caught in our daily lives at a hundred miles an hour, we give ourselves very little time to take care of ourselves. Far from being "futile" in these dark times, doing good for yourself, to feel good, allows you to share your good vibes with others. An effect of well-being that spreads collectively, even and especially remotely during this time of confinement! Let's take advantage of this period, to allow yourself a minimum hour a day to take care of yourself, it's the daily appointment with yourself. This involves: a bath, a manicure, a blow-dry, an exfoliation, the application of a mask…. Because even if we no longer leave the house, and we are perhaps separated from our Jules/Juliette, there is no reason not to be flirtatious, on the contrary. Futility and lightness connect with “normal” life to overcome this ordeal, which will soon only be a bad memory!

3. Mandala – get out your markers!

This is my “special summer” activity that I particularly like to do at nap time, after a good sunny lunch with family or friends, before going to relax on the beach (close your eyes, it It's like you were there). I said to myself that it would be interesting to resume this exercise during this period of confinement, in order to occupy my time and especially my mind, art therapy has many virtues! I have never been a great artist (my plastic arts teachers are unanimous on this), but this hobby allows me to completely let go and think about nothing. Apart from perhaps associating the right colors together (for a more pleasant result for the eyes, let's be indulgent!) I particularly like drawing mandalas with a relaxing playlist and good mood in the background (eg. Imany - my favorite singer of heart for several years). All you have to do is go to this site , select your favorite drawings (by theme or level of difficulty), this way! Obviously you will notice that the James kit has found its perfect use here.

So everyone, grab your pencils/felt pens and share your creations with us!

Take care of yourself and stay home!
