Presentation of Mister k.

Mister k. is looking for a permanent contract for his/her digital marketing & growth manager, with a dynamic and autonomous profile, in order to support its growth.

Mister k. is a fashion brand, a committed wardrobe for women, sold directly on our e-shop, created by Charlotte Husson, trained stylist.

Our mission: to produce just what is needed, as needed so as not to overproduce.

How ? in 2 ways to buy: on reservation and in stock. Every month, a wardrobe to reserve and all year round, our iconic pieces are in limited stock.

The position in detail:

You will be responsible for the growth of our eshop with responsibility for the following subjects: site, e-merchandising, CRM, Meta & Pinterest Ads.

You will be accompanied by a senior consultant to implement growth actions and you will work with a Content Manager to produce creations.

E-commerce

• Ensure the good performance of the site (merchandising, conversion rate)
• Setting up the site for reservation & stock campaigns, launching products several times a month including the creation of product sheets
• Plan and execute the site's animation schedule according to the commercial calendar (content creation forecast)
• Optimization of site conversion (proposal, schedule of technical actions to be planned).
• Define e-commerce visual needs (formats) and participate in shootings

CRM 

• Management of CRM actions through emailing & SMS actions: automated flows and newsletters
• Analysis of CRM segmentation, loyalty action plan
• Management of the loyalty program
• Create email campaign briefs

Growth

• Managing growth marketing at Mister k
• Management of the Paid Social strategy
• Implementation of acquisition and retargeting campaigns through Meta and Pinterest Ads
• SEO monitoring and analysis via Semrush tools
• Create creative briefs for publications

Reporting 

• Management of Polar Analytics (Shopify’s automated KPIs Dashboard)
  Analyze and report KPIs linked to the site, marketing campaigns and our emailing tool (weekly reporting)
• Monitor and analyze the company's marketing and digital KPIs
• Communicate seasonal reports and propose improvement plans and optimization actions for subsequent seasons

• Demonstrate agility, autonomy, organization, rigor and flexibility
• Have an intrapreneurial spirit and develop concrete solutions on a daily basis

• Be passionate about digital and the fashion sector

Your profile

• 2 years minimum experience on similar missions
• BAC+5 or similar experience in a digital or ready-to-wear brand
• Mastery of Shopify is essential
• Mastery of Business Manager (Meta) & Klaviyo is a real plus
